NP Nilsson makes a major investment
NP Nilsson is a family-owned building supply chain operating in southern Sweden through deliveries and stores serving customers across the region, with a focus on the coastal stretch from Malmö to Halmstad.
Established in 1907, the company is still owned by the same family, with the third generation now continuing to lead the business. NP Nilsson currently has around 190 employees and generates approximately SEK 700 million in revenue.
In 2023, the company completed a major investment in Förslöv, comprising a new head office and a larger logistics center. From here, they will fulfill orders directly to end customers and also support various units throughout southern Sweden.
EAB has had the pleasure of being involved in this project in several ways – we delivered the steel frame for the entire construction and provided storage equipment for the entire facility. The storage includes a significant amount of cantilever racks, both indoors and outdoors with roofing. We also supplied pallet racks, cantilever racks for indoor and outdoor use, shelving racks with mesh shelf panels, and more.
Overall, it is an incredibly impressive and stylish facility, both inside and out.
We have also been entrusted to deliver storage equipment to NP Nilsson’s store in Halmstad. Here, we supplied, among other things, timber racks, cantilever racks for indoor and outdoor use, shelving racks, and pallet racks – all in a sleek anthracite gray color.
