A successful collaboration from the start
EAB was part of Smart Ytas establishment journey from the start. A journey that began nearly two years ago. Things moved very fast from there. Nine months after the first ground was broken on the first building the premises were sold and ready for occupation. The company has now built a total of three properties, each with 26 premises and an additional building is planned for. Therefore, for Smart Yta it was very important to collaborate with suppliers who offer high quality throughout the entire process and products that last for a long time to come.
Everything about the project has gone extremely well, both with the builder Granflo Bygg and with EAB, who supplied and installed all the doors through them. “We have incredibly high expectations for our suppliers and EAB goes beyond them. Everything throughout the collaboration has worked seamlessly and they also have the highest quality doors,” explains Andreas Edvardsson, co-owner of Granflo Bygg. The doors supplied were 78 four section folding doors with one access door, one row of windows and the steel plate was lacquered in blue according to customer specifications.
“We chose a blue colour for all the doors as it was important for the colours on the entire property to suit our company profile. One other requirement was that the doors were to be aesthetically pleasing and last for many years to come. We want to be able to walk past in 10-15 years and still feel pride in the way they look,” continues Daniel at Smart Yta.

Smart Yta offers industrial terraced buildings with right of ownership, where the owner does not pay rent and has the right to put their own touch on the space they have purchased. Businesspeople also have the option to deduct VAT on the building costs. Buyers are often smaller businesses who need storage space and who want to build value in their company but can also be private individuals. Since its start in 2018, the company has built three properties, and more are planned as there is strong interest from municipalities and small businesses.
